  • Each apartment includes one assigned parking space and trash service. Residents are responsible for their remaining utilities.

  • Yes, 100 Avon is pet-friendly. A $400 non-refundable pet fee applies. Contact CBS Rentals for any current pet restrictions or approval requirements.

  • Yes. Every apartment includes a washer and dryer inside the unit.

  • 100 Avon offers 12 month leases with option to renew.

  • Fill out the form and CBS Rentals will be in touch! We offer tours Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
